Fast U.S. Air Shipping

All eligible U.S. orders are shipped by air for faster and more reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 Business Days

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

We use air shipping rather than slower ocean freight to help ensure faster delivery.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide. Rare delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates, including any free-shipping offers, are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Import Duties

For eligible U.S. orders shipped through our duty-paid service, customs clearance and applicable import duties are handled as part of the shipping process.

Any applicable U.S. sales tax may still be calculated separately at checkout where required.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or experiences an unusual delivery issue, please contact AURELUME as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
